PLC students celebrated with Dr. Seuss characters, special "hat" shaped soft pretzels, and Cat-in-the-Hat cupcakes they decorated themselves!  Parents, did ya hear what we had for breakfast to celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday?  Yes, indeed - green eggs and ham!!!
